Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 어린다. 퍼스트필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 10년을 보낸 베노막 2011은 말린 과일과 흑설탕, 옅은 장작 연기의 향을 진하게 피워 올린다. 59.2도의 도수가 한 모금에 또렷이 실리며 건포도와 다크 초콜릿, 가벼운 훈연의 풍미가 입을 채운다. 베노막 특유의 은은한 피트가 셰리의 단맛 아래 깔려 깊이를 더하고, 여운은 향신료와 오크, 마른 연기가 길게 이어진다.

it's doing just fine after the dazzling 2002, with just a little more 'mustard and gunpowder', a combo that's absolutely not unseen in sherried Benromach. Let's say it, many sherried Benromachs are a little sulphury, but you could say that's an asset and in any case, only a matter of style and taste. New wellies.
