리필 버번 배럴에서 30년을 보낸 원액은 긴 숙성에도 산뜻한 과실미를 그대로 지켰다. 코에는 청사과와 배, 바닐라의 맑은 향이 또렷하게 오른다. 입에서는 시트러스와 꿀, 보리 단맛이 생기 있게 흐르며 59.6도의 도수가 강하게 밀고 든다. 30년 숙성의 결이 오크와 과실의 균형을 단단히 잡는다. 옅은 황금빛 끝에 깔끔한 단맛이 길게 남는다.
