burst with apples and cherries, eaux-de-vies, plum spirit, as well as a rather bitter grassiness this time. Liquorice wood. A little raw when unreduced. So, with water: still rather ‘nervous’, but gentler indeed. Pink grapefruits, apples…

long, clean, zesty, rather more citrusy than the average Glen Keith. Touches of honeydew
