잔을 가볍게 흔들면 셰리 버트가 물들인 짙은 호박빛이 유리벽을 타고 내린다. 코를 가까이 대면 글렌 키스 특유의 건포도와 잘 익은 오렌지, 구운 견과향이 진하게 피어오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 56.2도의 단단함 위로 흑설탕과 토피, 옅은 가죽이 혀를 채운다. 21년 셰리 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 마른 과일과 향신료가 길고 진하게 맴돈다.
