Tasting Notes
바다를 낀 반도 끝에서 15년을 보낸 이 호그스헤드는 밀짚빛 그대로다. 효모와 오트밀 죽, 풋사과와 풀 냄새가 앞서고 올리브유와 커피의 기름진 기운이 뒤를 받친다. 52.6도의 맛은 향신료와 후추로 강하게 밀어붙이다가 젖은 분필과 양모 같은 광물성으로 가라앉고, 마무리는 마른 곡물의 담백함으로 정리된다.
