노즈에서는 1968 빈티지 스프링뱅크다운 오일리한 질감과 잘 익은 열대과일, 은은한 피트 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 54도에서 망고와 꿀, 바다 소금, 가벼운 훈연이 차례로 발전하며 캠벨타운 특유의 복합미가 중심을 잡는다. 38년의 긴 숙성이 향에 깊이를 더해 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 미네랄이 길게 남는, 전설적 고숙성 스프링뱅크의 위엄을 드러낸다.

first we get fresh notes of red wine (fresh strawberries and raspberries) and then the typical Edradour farminess as well as nougat, hints of rose jelly and sangria (oranges and wine). Pretty nice
restaurant Palate
hugely fruity (strawberries ‘of course’) and maybe a tad rubbery. Turkish delights, bubblegum, smoked tea, hints of arrak. The finish is quite long but also even rubberier – not that it’s bothering here. Not the best I think but it’s pretty drinkable. 78 points . MUSIC – Recommended listening: a little hillbilly music? Why not, especially if it's funny and, to say the least, 'different'. So, we'll have Mike West singing I'm tired.mp3 . Actually, he's calling this 'New Orleans levee-billy music - please buy it.
