오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 노즈에는 사라진 글렌글래사 1967 특유의 잘 익은 무화과와 마른 가죽, 옅은 헤더 꿀이 가장 먼저 올라오고 그 뒤로 마른 풀과 흰 후추가 따라붙는다. 입에서는 캐러멜라이즈된 배와 호두, 옅은 시나몬이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 55.8도의 알코올이 31년 숙성의 결을 단단히 받쳐준다. 여운은 마른 견과와 옅은 카카오로 깊게 머문다.
