Let’s say that it seems that this one is rather farmier, kind of more organic than the Perfect Dram. a little rounder than expected but once again, it’s much more ‘down to earth’ than the Perfect Dram, rootier, more on liquorice wood and green apples. Not the same whisky at all. But it’s damn h-o-t! With water: once again, a little more typically Caol Ila than its bro even if they’re much closer than when tried neat.
