Tasting Notes
짙은 적갈색이 잔 속에서 진하게 가라앉는다. 2010년 빈티지의 글렌글라사는 퍼스트필 페드로 히메네스 호그스헤드에서 13년을 보내며 바닷가 증류소다운 개성에 진한 단맛을 더했다. 향에서는 졸인 건포도와 대추, 옅은 소금기와 흑설탕이 어우러진다. 입에 머금으면 50도의 도수 위로 무화과와 다크초콜릿, 짭짤한 미네랄의 단맛이 두껍게 흐른다. 페드로 히메네스의 끈적한 단맛과 해안의 짠맛이 대비를 이루고 여운은 졸인 과일과 옅은 소금기로 길게 이어진다. 페드로 히메네스의 끈적한 단맛과 해안의 짠맛이 팽팽하게 맞물리며 깊이를 더한다.
