Tasting Notes

air Nose
superb. All on honeycomb, flowers, milk chocolate and fruit jams, mainly plums and apricots. Some mango chutney too. Frankly, this nose is brilliant. With water: orgasmic honey and ripe fruits style
restaurant Palate
a fruit bomb, pretty much in the Caperdonich 1972 style. I’m sure you see what I mean. Honeys, stewed fruits, jams, a little cough syrup and just the right amount of pepper, nutmeg and cloves. With water: deliciously citrusy now. Takes water like a swimming champ. Amazing freshness
timer Finish
medium long, with more pepper and other spices from the wood, as almost always. Maybe something slightly sourish but nothing important
