리필 셰리에서 익힌 뒤 24개월간 소테른 캐스크로 마무리한 두 단계의 흔적이 향에서 또렷이 드러난다. Glenglassaugh의 Rare Cask Series로 1975년 빈티지를 36년 익혀 2011년 43도에 끌어낸 보틀이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 살구와 헤더 꿀, 백포도주의 미세한 단맛이 또렷이 드러난다. 입안에서는 트로피컬 푸르츠와 보트리티스 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 깊은 황금빛 잔의 끝에는 소테른의 끈적한 단맛이 길게 머문다.
