연한 황금빛이 잔 안쪽으로 천천히 흘러내린다. 어부의 드램이라는 이름이 붙은 이 1989년 원액은 16년을 지나 젖은 밧줄과 바닷바람, 훈제 생선 같은 짠 향을 앞세운다. 52.7도의 입은 기름진 왁스 위에 소금기와 레몬 껍질이 얹혀 팽팽하게 버틴다. 여운은 길고 요오드와 그을음이 혀 안쪽에 오래 걸린다.
