Tasting Notes
1979년에 증류되어 18년을 보낸 발메낙은 깊은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 그윽하게 빛난다. 향은 묵은 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 향신료가 차곡차곡 피어오른다. 43도의 부드러운 도수는 입안에서 보리 단맛과 말린 과일, 가벼운 오크로 천천히 번진다. 오래된 스페이사이드답게 둥글고 단정한 결이 흔들림 없이 이어지고, 여운은 꿀과 마른 향신료로 잔잔히 잦아든다.

a tad creamier than the others, with a little more happening and a slightly superior zestiness. Tea, cinnamon, pepper, apple pie and a little lemon crème. Fairly pleasant, I’d say

medium, on more or less the same flavours. Liquorice. Tea-ish aftertaste
