Tasting Notes
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔 안에 맑게 잠겨 있다. 호그스헤드에서 열다섯 해를 보낸 이 위스키의 향은 효모와 오트밀 죽, 갓 벤 풀의 냄새로 시작한다. 뒤로 올리브유의 기름진 결과 옅은 커피의 쓴맛이 따라오고 물을 더하면 젖은 백묵과 양모 쪽으로 더 광물다워진다. 입에서는 52.6도의 힘이 후추와 향신료를 앞세우지만 골격 자체는 담백하다. 캠벨타운다운 곡물의 구수함이 중심을 잡는다. 여운은 깨끗하게 정리되며 소금기 어린 뒷맛을 남긴다.
