하일랜드 도운의 옛 방직 공장을 개조한 딘스톤은 천연 그대로의 몰트를 빚는다. 셰리 호그스헤드에서 15년을 보낸 2007년 원액은 잔에 짙은 호박빛을 머금는다. 향은 건포도와 꿀, 보리 단내가 깊게 어우러진다. 50.3도의 입안은 말린 과일과 토피, 가벼운 향신료가 둥글게 채운다. 끝에서는 셰리의 단맛과 오크가 진하게 이어진다.
