노즈는 퍼스트필 셰리 부트가 만든 진한 건포도와 흑설탕, 구운 견과 향으로 열린다. 65.7도라는 높은 도수에도 디스턴 특유의 보리 단맛이 팰럿에서 또렷하게 드러나며 정향과 가죽으로 발전한다. 물을 더하면 두꺼운 질감이 한층 부드러워진다. 피니시는 쌉쌀한 오크와 다크초콜릿이 길게 남아 짜임새가 단단하다. 강건한 셰리 캐스크 하이랜드 몰트다.
