하이랜드 도운의 티스 강가 풍토에서 사라진 옛 딘스턴이 오크 캐스크 안에서 23년을 보냈다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 머문다. 코끝에는 1967 딘스턴 시그너토리 빈티지 특유의 헤더 꿀과 마른 시트러스, 광택 왁스의 향이 또렷이 드러난다. 입에서는 옛 딘스턴의 풍부한 꿀 단맛과 헤이즐넛, 약간의 시나몬이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 55.4도 캐스크 스트렝스가 긴 꿀과 시트러스 여운을 남긴다.
