Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 23년의 숙성이 만든 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 맥아 단맛이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 45.8도로 낮춰 병입돼 팰럿은 부드럽게 둥글며 사과와 배, 바닐라, 가벼운 향신료가 차례로 발전한다. 딘스톤을 바탕으로 한 이 보틀링은 오랜 숙성이 거친 가장자리를 매끄럽게 다듬었고, 피니시는 폴리시드 우드와 마른 보리가 길게 이어진다. 미도우사이드가 병입한 이 몰트는 원숙한 균형감이 핵심이다.

much fresher and, shall we say, more vibrant than the modest ‘Heritage’, with grapefruit and citron, lemongrass, some little Italian lemon biscuits (can’t quite remember the name), then Golden Delicious apples and fresh barley. Not very complex, but it’s honest and straightforward, which is always appreciated
restaurant Palate
really taut, with citrus fruits and their peels, green walnut, herbal notes, then some wheat beer, tisanes, and green pepper. You can sense the fresh oak, but it stays well within the limits
timer Finish
fairly long, more herbal, with a distinctly Italian bitterness (amaro, bitters)
