하이랜드 도운의 딘스턴은 옛 면직 공장을 개조한 친환경 증류소로 꿀맛 도는 몰트를 빚는다. 루비 포트 바리크가 잔에 분홍빛 도는 호박색을 입힌다. 10년의 향은 붉은 베리와 꿀, 포트에서 온 잼 같은 단내가 또렷하게 솟는다. 58.7도의 입은 붉은 과일과 보리, 가벼운 향신료가 단단하게 흐른다. 여운에는 베리 단맛과 오크가 길게 머문다.
