oh this is funny indeed. Whiffs of soap and musty cellar, greens covered with mint sauce, damp fabric, plasticine, metal polish, engine grease, sour apples, dough, lemon juice… Very unusual indeed

restaurant Palate

more catholic, as we Catholics say, with cleaner oranges and other citrus fruits, fresh caramel, green gooseberries and rhubarb, fresh hazelnuts, and perhaps a pinhead of lavender soap. Forgot to mention plasticine

timer Finish

rather long, greener and a little bitterer. Pinesap?
