하이랜드 도운의 테이스 강가에 자리한 딘스톤은 맑은 물과 서늘한 공기로 깔끔한 원액을 빚는다. 2011년 원액을 리필 배럴에서 8년 익힌 이 보틀링은 잔에 옅은 황금빛을 띤다. 향에서는 보리 단맛과 풋사과, 옅은 꿀이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 57.8도의 도수가 입안에 따뜻하게 퍼지며 맥아의 고소함과 시트러스의 산미가 어우러진다. 여운에는 가벼운 오크와 과수원 향이 깔끔하게 남는다.
