노즈에서는 올로로소 셰리 숙성이 준 건과일과 호두, 딘스톤 특유의 보리 단맛이 가장 먼저 명확하게 드러난다. 12년 숙성에 52.7도의 도수를 지닌 이 2008 빈티지는 입에서 건포도와 다크 토피, 옅은 가죽이 또렷하게 발전한다. 풀 메추레이션 셰리답게 우드의 영향이 진하면서도 과실미와 균형을 단단하게 이룬다. 올로로소 캐스크 매튜어드로 병입된 이 위스키의 피니시는 마른 과일과 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 스파이스가 길게 이어진다.
