Tasting Notes
퍼스셔 도운의 옛 면직 공장을 개조한 딘스톤은 테이스 강의 맑은 물로 위스키를 빚는다. 잔에는 발그레한 호박빛이 감돈다. 보르도 레드 와인 캐스크에서 마무리한 10년 원액은 붉은 베리와 자두, 보리 향을 또렷이 열고, 와인의 단맛이 곡물 향에 붉은 결을 더한다. 46.3도의 입안은 붉은 과일과 보리 단맛이 부드럽게 흐르며 옅은 향신료가 받친다. 여운에는 붉은 과일과 오크의 단맛이 깔끔하게 이어진다.

clearly some action. Drops of sweet malmsey, sweet mustard again, wholegrain bread, gingerbread, some chilli sauce (sriracha and such), walnut cake, Guinness… I am rather a fan, there's really a lot happening in there
timer Finish
long, more honeyed, fermentary, and clearly on Madeira, or some Marsalas. A lot of high-honey gingerbread. All that is well integrated
