잔을 들어 빛에 비추면 1967년 빈티지 스프링뱅크 34년을 셰리 캐스크가 빚은 짙은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽을 가득 채운다. 잔을 흔든 뒤 코를 가까이 가져가면 묵은 가죽과 말린 무화과, 캠벨타운 특유의 짭짤한 광물 향이 차례로 올라온다. 한 모금을 입에 머금으면 47.2%의 도수가 부드럽게 풀리며 검은 과일과 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 흙 내음이 입안을 채운다. 삼킨 뒤에도 오랜 셰리의 잔향이 입천장에 길게 따라온다.
