Tasting Notes
노즈는 미소된장과 초콜릿 소스, 하몽의 감칠맛이 차례로 두드러지는 대단히 복합적인 구성이다. 바닷물과 소나무 리큐어, 머스터드 소스가 뒤엉키며 셰리와 마데이라 피니시의 이중 개입을 드러낸다. 팰럿은 48.9도에서 피노 셰리 같은 짠맛과 후추, 커피, 감초가 강하게 발전한다. 피니시는 길고 한층 더 짭조름하다. 향신료와 소금기의 농축도가 24년 숙성의 무게를 그대로 전한다.

straight on miso, marrow quenelles, chocolate sauce, jamon iberico, Bovril, old toolbox, seawater, pine liqueur, mustard sauce, mutton suet, parsley… Well this is complex for sure, but the palate could be an utter mess, let's see

it is not. Well, not quite. Crazy fino by crazy Andalusians, huge pepper, obscene coffees, saltiest liquorices, ueber-spicy spicy beef jerkies, tobacco juice… It is not that the spirit's too strong, it is not, but boy is this heavily concentrated, herbal, spicy and salty!
