킨타이어 반도 끝자락 항구도시 캠벨타운의 짠 바람과 기름진 풍토가 스프링뱅크 특유의 묵직한 질감을 빚는다. 1968년 증류해 20년을 채운 이 오래된 보틀링은 잔에 깊은 호박빛을 머금는다. 향에는 바다 소금기와 말린 과일, 옅은 흙내가 얽혀 있고, 입에서는 50도의 술이 토피와 가죽, 은근한 훈연으로 흐른다. 여운에는 짭짤한 광물감과 오래된 오크의 무게가 길게 남는다.

a little less expressive than the Lonach, and maybe a tad more phenolic/waxy. Whiffs of fresh mint. Other than that the profile is very similar, but the Lonach is a little sexier I think (including its price I believe)
restaurant Palate
extremely close to the Lonach on the palate, just a tad less tannic. Added hints of marshmallows and apple liqueur
timer Finish
similar, a tad longer and more peppery now
