Tasting Notes
스페이사이드 고지대에 우뚝 선 토모어는 서늘한 산악 풍토에서 단단한 보리 풍미를 길러낸다. 2009년 증류해 14년을 보낸 뒤 퍼스트필 PX 쿼터 캐스크로 마무리한 이 위스키는 짙은 호박빛을 띤다. 코에는 건포도와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 단내가 풍성하게 올라오고, 55.2도의 입안에는 무화과와 다크초콜릿, 정향이 진하게 번진다. 여운은 말린 과일과 가죽 향이 길고 두껍게 이어지며 PX의 단맛을 남긴다.
