토모어 1993년이 퍼스트필 셰리 벗에서 29년을 보내고 짙은 마호가니빛으로 잔에 잠긴다. 코끝에는 말린 자두와 가죽, 흑설탕의 향이 진하게 솟아오르고, 그 아래로 구운 견과가 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 건포도와 다크 초콜릿, 견과의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채우고, 퍼스트필 셰리의 진한 단맛이 혀를 두껍게 감싼다. 54.5도의 강한 기운 끝에 검은 과일과 오크의 쌉쌀함이 풀바디로 어우러지며 길고 깊은 여운으로 사그라든다.

heavy flinty sherry, orange zests, salted liquorice, almost some tar, leather, some mustard sauce, slightly overly infused tea, dry Madeira, bits of tobacco… It has to be said that it's not easy to come after the very natural WhiskySponge with this kind of leafy and faintly s******y sherry.
