Tasting Notes
스페이사이드의 토모어가 셰리 벗에서 서른 해를 보낸 1988 빈티지다. 따뜻한 적갈색이 잔에 깊게 어린다. 오랜 셰리가 빚은 건포도와 무화과, 오래된 가죽의 향이 그윽하게 피어오른다. 43도의 부드러운 입맛은 말린 과일과 토피, 묵은 향신료가 또렷하게 어우러지며 매끄럽게 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 삼십 년이 다듬은 여운은 다크 초콜릿과 묵힌 오크로 깊게 머물며 길게 이어진다.

hold on, this is fine, fresh, enticing, and despite a few green tannings here and there, still bright and pretty citrusy. Not-too-ripe mangos, pink grapefruits, maracuja… What we sometimes call ‘ship fruits’, that is to say fruits that are supposed to ripen while they’re transported. But this Tormore is pretty beautiful once you accept the green tannins

long, a tad sharp, citric and grassy. Lovely oils in the aftertaste. Walnut oil?
