Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 토모어 1992가 셰리 버트의 영향으로 건포도와 오렌지 껍질, 토피의 향을 또렷하게 드러낸다. 20년의 숙성이 스페이사이드 증류액에 깊은 단맛을 더한다. 입에서는 말린 과일과 구운 견과, 가벼운 계피가 51.5도의 도수를 타고 균형 있게 발전한다. 셰리의 풍미와 증류액의 깨끗함이 단단하게 맞물리며 구조감이 정돈되어 있다. 피니시는 다크초콜릿과 오크 탄닌의 쌉쌀함이 길게 이어진다.

we’re much closer to raw barley this time, it’s even slightly feinty at first nosing. Yoghurt sauce, custard, apple peelings and just touches of Swiss cheese, then faint touches of wine vinegar and some fresh oak (broken branches). Not the most mature, I’d say. With water: becomes cleaner but also more varnishy
restaurant Palate
much, much more interesting than on the nose. Very nice start on mossy, grassy tones, earthy tea, ginseng, cardamom seeds… Then we have more green apples and truckloads of gooseberries and greengages. Now I understand why they bottled this baby ;-). With water: more earth and grass
