잔을 가볍게 흔들면 1970년 토모어의 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 빠르게 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 10년의 시간이 빚어낸 잘 익은 사과와 마른 풀, 옅은 시트러스 향이 차례로 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43도의 부드러운 풍미가 입천장을 가볍게 적시며 꿀과 비스킷, 옅은 백단을 풀어놓는다. 삼키면 옛 스페이사이드 보틀링 특유의 단정한 잔향이 또렷이 깃든다.
