Tasting Notes
붉은 기가 도는 호박빛이 잔에 곱게 어린다. 막미라 2008은 보르도 와인 배럴에서 마무리한 스웨덴 몰트로, 향에서는 붉은 베리와 자두, 은은한 허브가 산뜻하게 피어난다. 한 모금 머금으면 55.4도의 진한 질감 위로 라즈베리와 다크초콜릿, 가벼운 향신료가 흐른다. 북유럽의 서늘한 숙성이 다듬은 여운은 새콤한 과일과 오크로 길게 남는다.

I'm not entirely sure; grapefruit, clay, porridge, banana peels, sweet paprika (light goulash) … It’s genuinely intriguing. With water: well, raw wool, clay, sourdough. Not much movement. The Cuban part isn't quite from Chucho Valdés!
restaurant Palate
not certain, it’s a bit dissonant. Quite a strong bitter and herbal side. Ozzy sings Bach. With water: it’s alright, it’s pleasant, softer, a bit saltier too, but I don’t quite grasp the point of this bottle
timer Finish
long, a bit bitter, not very pleasant, despite the lovely lemon in the aftertaste
