Tasting Notes
깊은 금빛이 잔 속에서 오래된 등불처럼 빛난다. 1972년 원액을 오크통에 재운 라 레제르브의 이 보틀링은 밀랍과 젖은 흙으로 문을 연 뒤 미라벨 자두 파이와 소나무 송진의 향으로 이어진다. 46도의 입안은 육두구와 계피의 향신료가 먼저 닿고 곧 블러드 오렌지와 핑크 자몽, 잘 익은 노란 자두가 즙처럼 퍼진다. 여운에는 정향과 건포도가 남아 오래된 크리스마스 케이크를 떠올리게 하며 길게 이어진다.

awe. Beeswax and damp earth, then mirabelle pie and cough syrup, then pinesap and all honeys on earth. No need to write a novel, this is quite extraordinary. Mind you, Tesco!
restaurant Palate
fantastic, as expected. Spicy and waxy arrival (nutmeg and cinnamon - perhaps a notch drying - on some beeswax and sunflower oil), then blood oranges and pink grapefruits, then bags and bags of juicy ultra-ripe yellow plums and apricots. Some colourful malt whisky! Strength and body are perfect
timer Finish
long, always a tad drying, mainly on cloves and raisins. Some kind of old Alemannic Christmas cake, perhaps. A slightly gritty oakiness in the aftertaste
