we’re close to the old 12 in style, only with a little more fruits (ripe pears) and a little less flowers. Nice hints of thyme. Gets then a tad rougher than the old 12

restaurant Palate

indeed, this one reminds me of the old 12 but it’s certainly sharper here, less polished, more on fresh fruits (apples and pears, gooseberries, greengages.) A little spirity

timer Finish

rather long, fruity, with added notes of violet sweets and maybe even lavender sweets
