노즈에서는 1997년 크라거모어가 오크 캐스크에서 15년의 시간을 거치며 도달한 보리 가루, 잘 익은 사과의 콤포트, 옅은 흙내가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 46도의 절제된 도수에서 크라거모어 특유의 절제된 캐릭터가 명확하게 발전한다. 가벼운 오크 스파이스와 보리의 단맛이 균형 있게 드러나며 구조감이 단단하게 잡혀 있다. 던컨 테일러의 디멘션스가 잡아낸 90년대 말 크라거모어의 또렷한 본성이 단정하게 정리되어 있다. 피니시는 길고 옅은 후추가 입천장에 깊게 머문다.

we’re close to the old 12 in style, only with a little more fruits (ripe pears) and a little less flowers. Nice hints of thyme. Gets then a tad rougher than the old 12

indeed, this one reminds me of the old 12 but it’s certainly sharper here, less polished, more on fresh fruits (apples and pears, gooseberries, greengages.) A little spirity

rather long, fruity, with added notes of violet sweets and maybe even lavender sweets
