Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊이 어린다. 1989년 셰리 버트에서 12년을 보낸 크라간모어는 캐든헤드의 손을 거쳐 말린 과일과 보리, 가벼운 견과의 향을 단정하게 풀어놓는다. 59.2도의 높은 도수가 입안에서는 잘 익은 자두와 꿀, 따뜻한 향신료로 두껍게 흐르며 풀바디의 무게를 더한다. 셰리 버트가 남긴 진한 단맛과 은은한 흙내음이 여운에 깊게 머물러 스페이사이드의 묵직함을 길게 남긴다.

rough and spirity, punchy, raw, fruity (baked apples). Hints of beeswax. Cut grass. This is raw! With water: oh, it got so much nicer! Lots of various honeys, cooked fruits, ripe bananas, smoked tea, camphor, shoe polish and a little soot. Great nose!
restaurant Palate
liquid honey at first sipping but it’s soon to turn bitter and extremely grassy. Uncooked vegetables? Varnish? A rather bizarre dram at this stage… With water: oh yes, that worked once again. Superb notes of caramelised bananas and quinces. There’s something slightly bitterish left (over-infused tea) but no big deal
