잔을 코앞에 가져가면 59.8도의 알코올이 먼저 훅 찌르고 그 뒤로 녹차와 라벤더, 셀러리 같은 풀 냄새가 날카롭게 올라온다. 물을 몇 방울 떨어뜨려 흔들면 풍선껌 같은 단내와 백럼을 닮은 서늘함이 열린다. 한 모금을 조심스레 머금으면 자극이 강해 혀가 먼저 긴장하고 곧 채소 같은 풋내가 넓게 퍼진다. 12년만 채운 이 보틀링은 젊음을 숨기지 않는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 마른 풀의 기운이 뜨겁게 이어진다.

sharper, grassier and cleaner. Green tea, lavender perfume, celery… Not too complex but very ‘young’, just like it’s colleague. Hints of bubblegum and fructose. Maybe like some white rums or mescal

extremely pungent, this one needs some water – otherwise it’s undrinkable – but then it gets very vegetal. Difficult to handle this puppy! Okay, I give up. 75 points . MUSIC - Recommended listening - yet some powerful South-American music for a chilly Sunday: Angel James , from Venezuela, does Caribe Mar (mp3). Mucho Caliente - I love it! But take care, it's highly addictive...
