맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 화사하게 빛난다. STR 올로로소 바리크에서 마무리된 16년의 발블레어는 잘 익은 오렌지와 망고, 살구의 열대 과일향을 화려하게 피워 올린다. 한 모금 머금으면 마멀레이드와 꿀, 옅은 흑설탕의 단맛이 또렷하게 번지고 54.6도가 단단하게 받친다. 여운에는 시트러스와 마른 과일, 옅은 오크 향신료가 길게 이어지며 열대 과수원을 닮은 화사함을 남긴다.
