Flavor Profile
Tasting Notes
짙은 금빛이 잔을 가득 채우고 서른 해의 시간이 그 안에 응축되어 있다. 향은 꿀보다 흙과 왁스 쪽으로 기울어 오래된 지하 창고와 버섯, 이끼 냄새가 앞선다. 곧 해초와 유목 같은 바닷가의 기운이 따라붙는다. 46도의 입은 날카롭고 거칠며 레몬과 광물의 결이 곧게 선다. 여운은 길고 상쾌하다. 감귤 껍질과 미네랄이 마지막까지 이어지며 1972년 셰리 캐스크의 야성을 남긴다.

different, earthier, waxier, and less on honeys and ripe fruits. So a little more austere, and probably closer to the distillery's contemporary offerings. Old cellar, mushrooms, moss, more mushrooms... It's also a little more coastal (seaweed, driftwood on a beach after high tide...)
restaurant Palate
ha! Clearly sharper, bigger, wilder, more lemony, more, ach, 'Clynelish', more mineral... If the other one was for the lounge, this one's for your hipflask! And it's right up my alley, I utterly adore this sharper and slightly smokier style

long, zesty, citrusy, mineral. In short, Rieslingy (ja ja)
