Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 캠벨타운 특유의 짭짤한 미네랄과 퍼스트필 셰리 마데이라 피니시가 빚어낸 건자두, 무화과 잼의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿에서는 24년 숙성의 두꺼운 오일리 텍스처가 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 다크 체리와 가죽, 캠퍼스 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 48.8도의 안정된 알코올 위에 짭조름한 우드 스파이스와 마데이라의 단맛이 오래 발전한다. 이 위스키는 산미와 단맛의 구조감이 단단하다.

it is not. Well, not quite. Crazy fino by crazy Andalusians, huge pepper, obscene coffees, saltiest liquorices, ueber-spicy spicy beef jerkies, tobacco juice… It is not that the spirit's too strong, it is not, but boy is this heavily concentrated, herbal, spicy and salty!
