Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 오크의 영향이 앞선 배치들보다 뚜렷해 마른 풀과 건초, 가죽과 흑연 오일이 순서대로 드러난다. 아주 옅은 이탄이 배경에 깔리고 물을 더하면 곡물과 뮤즐리, 부싯돌로 발전한다. 54.4도의 팰럿은 포트 캐스크 덕에 둥글고 달며 감초와 쓴 오렌지, 소나무 수지가 이어진다. 피니시는 길고 시트러스가 지배하며 물을 더하면 홍차와 계피의 탄닌이 또렷해진다.

again, a sweeter and more rounded version of the 10, with more liquorice as well, bitter oranges, pine resin (sweets) and notes of cinchona (Campari-style). With water: gets drier, closer to the ten. Wee tannins, black tea, cinnamon. Lime in the background
