Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1963 스트라스아일라 특유의 묵은 사과와 꿀 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 21년 숙성이 발전시킨 마른 시트러스, 꿀, 견과의 고소함, 광택 낸 우드 노트가 명확하게 발현된다. 팰럿은 40도의 절제된 도수가 입을 부드럽게 채우며 꿀, 잘 익은 사과, 마른 보리, 가벼운 백후추가 단단한 구조를 형성한다. 스페이사이드 스트라스아일라 빈티지 시리즈의 정제된 캐릭터가 또렷이 드러나는 보틀링이다. 피니시는 꿀과 마른 사과의 여운으로 길게 이어진다.

oh interesting, there’s a little olive oil and even some pinesap at first nosing, which suggests some rather active wood. That adds complexity when balance is kept! After that, the usual suspects… Honey, pollen, raisins, candle wax, dried figs, then touches of humus and mushrooms, as often, old wine cellar… It’s all very beautiful, and that was to be expected. Let’s only hope the palate won’t be a little flattish
restaurant Palate
not so, great news. Starts on old calvados and old Sauternes that went dry, goes on with some honey and orange liqueur, and keeps developing on herbal teas such as rosehip and hawthorn. Perhaps a drop of apricot-palinka aka barackpálinka, from Hungary. Just tried some, liked it, and am about to use it in my notes pretty often (oh no, that trick yet again!)

not extremely long, but firm and coherent. Honey and barackpálinka. Ha-ha!
