Tasting Notes
맑은 금빛이 잔 안에서 조용히 흔들린다. 광을 낸 나무와 약초 수지, 흰 과일의 향이 먼저 열리고 눌러 말린 들꽃과 장뇌, 버섯 가루의 결이 그 뒤에 이어진다. 53.7도의 입은 마른 허브와 바다 소금, 절인 레몬으로 짜임새 있게 채워지며 아주 옅은 피트가 멀리서 스친다. 퍼스트필 셰리를 스물두 해 견딘 이 위스키는 무겁기보다 우아한 쪽으로 자랐다. 여운은 가죽과 히스 꿀, 짠 자갈의 향으로 길게 이어진다.
