Tasting Notes
깊은 금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 두껍게 흘러내린다. 볶은 피칸과 호두, 커피콩의 향이 먼저 밀려오고 초콜릿과 젖은 흙, 낡은 가죽의 냄새가 그 뒤에 깔린다. 58.8도의 술은 마멀레이드처럼 진하고 짭짤하며 버터 크림과 프랄린, 백후추가 한꺼번에 혀를 채운다. 열아홉 해를 큰 버트에서 보낸 이 스프링뱅크는 절제보다 힘을 택한 쪽이다. 여운은 입안을 덮듯 두껍게 남아 오렌지와 팔각의 향으로 아득히 이어진다.
