Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 볶은 피칸과 호두, 커피콩이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 다크 초콜릿이 그 위에 얹힌다. 물을 더하면 가죽과 쿠바산 시가 같은 무거운 향으로 발전한다. 59도의 팰럿은 짠맛과 생강, 오렌지 마멀레이드가 한꺼번에 밀려들며 버터 크림과 프랄린이 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 백후추가 그 뒤를 찌른다. 19년 숙성 버트답게 피니시는 극단적으로 길고 코팅하듯 남으며 구조감이 확실하다.
