하일랜드 동부 케언곰 산자락의 페터케언은 독특한 냉각 증류로 알려진 곳이다. 2009년 증류해 버번 배럴에서 12년을 보낸 원액은 밝은 금빛을 띤다. 향은 열대 과일과 바닐라, 가벼운 풀내음이 산뜻하게 피어난다. 57도의 입안은 파인애플과 꿀, 옅은 오크가 또렷하게 번진다. 끝에서는 시트러스와 보리 단맛이 깔끔하게 이어진다.
