Tasting Notes
버번 배럴의 영향이 이 페터케언 2009의 향을 환하게 펼친다. 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 코코넛이 또렷하게 발전한다. 59.5도의 높은 도수에도 입안은 깔끔하게 정돈되어 보리 단맛과 배, 가벼운 오크 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 9년 숙성이 빚어낸 산뜻한 과일감이 중심을 잡고, 페터케언 특유의 옅은 견과 풍미가 더해진다. 옅은 금빛과 함께 여운은 바닐라와 견과의 잔향으로 깔끔하게 마무리된다.

a little hot and really all on butterscotch and maize syrup, but it's true that we're almost at 60% vol. Lovely nougat and not much of Old Fettercairn's usual wackiness. Water may change things… With water: gingerbread and fresh pumpernickel! Well, all kinds of seeds and nuts, plus a little mint
restaurant Palate
oh lovely! Wood-smoked pears, pipe tobacco moistened with armagnac (guilty as charged) and more nougat, with a dollop of lemon syrup. With water: lovely maltiness, once again a little less unusual than other Fettercairns, with notes of blood oranges in the background

long, cakier. Walnut cake and a hint of coconut
