Tasting Notes
리필 셰리를 거쳤는데도 빛은 백포도주처럼 옅어 잔 속에서 투명하게 흔들린다. 잘 익은 복숭아의 향이 압도적으로 앞서고 배와 구스베리, 해바라기 기름의 결이 그 뒤를 조용히 받친다. 51.6도의 입은 풀과 밀랍, 향신료로 팽팽하지만 복숭아와 파인애플의 단맛이 소금기와 함께 남는다. 열두 해를 채운 이 스프링뱅크는 증류소의 거친 얼굴 대신 가장 맑은 과일의 얼굴을 보여 준다. 여운은 홍차와 계피, 백후추의 쌉쌀함으로 닫힌다.

the exact opposite of the official, this is one of the cleanest young Springbanks – and we know that Springbank can get magnificently dirty -, displaying bags and bags of ripe peaches. Plus peach syrup, peach gums, peach juice and peach jam. Yup! Also a little sunflower oil and maybe fresh butter.
