맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 떠 있다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 16년을 보낸 페터케언답게 파인애플과 망고, 옅은 밀랍의 향이 화사하게 올라온다. 한 모금에 52.6도의 힘이 바닐라와 잘 익은 열대과일, 보리의 단맛으로 흐른다. 증류소 특유의 트로피컬한 과일향이 또렷하게 드러난다. 흰 과일과 오크의 여운이 길게 남는다.
