Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 38년의 긴 숙성과 셰리 캐스크가 안긴 건포도와 마른 무화과가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 페터케언다운 부드러운 몰트가 그 아래로 가죽과 오렌지를 더해 명확하게 드러난다. 41.8도의 팰럿은 잔잔하면서 호두와 다크초콜릿, 마른 과일이 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 셰리 단맛과 묵은 오크가 길게 이어지며 노숙한 하이랜드다운 구조감이 단단하다.

restaurant Palate
sweeter and rounder than expected, but there’s always this weird sourness, more dry Madeira, notes of barley sugar (as if that had been added, but that’s impossible), butterscotch, more cardboard, leather and cigars, lavender sweets… It is weird, but not quite as weird as it used to be, IMHO (as we used to say when the Web was still free)
timer Finish
medium, toasty, with some maple syrup, green pepper, and walnut wine. The aftertaste’s a little buttery
